ABOUT
Celebration of Nations is an extraordinary annual gathering of representatives from all 173 foreign embassies in Washington, DC, as well as state, federal, faith, business, non-profit, and industry leaders from the Washington, DC Metro area, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.

As of June 2024, 92 countries are involved in conflicts outside of their borders, which is the highest number since the Global Peace Index (GPI) was created. The GPI also reports that 56 conflicts are currently active, which is the most since World War II (source: visionofhumanity.org).
In a time of international turmoil and great uncertainty, the event promotes much-needed unity and peace within the international community.
The celebration comprises a parade of national flags, recognition of every single country in the world; their ambassadors, diplomats, embassies, and nationals; prayer for nations, national leaders, and governments; special remarks and messages; as well as uplifting choral music.
Celebration of Nations is a Rhema anniversary outreach event to the nations climaxing a full year of Christian ministry and humanitarian work. The concept is based on Scripture, " . . . my house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations" (Mark 11:17).
